Sickness and tiredness happen to everyone, sooner or later. But we often hasten or worsen our sicknesses, physical and mental, by what we do or do not do.
God does not promise us perfect health, perpetually, but He does give us several good principles in His Word for how we should ideally live our lives to maximize our chances of health and vitality.
To the extent that we can and do follow these principles, we are more likely to be healthy and happy, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
